Notion Based Archive System
그룹사운드 '코스모스(COSMOS)'의 수 년간 축적된 공연 기록을 정리한 아카이빙 프로젝트다.
비디오 카메라와 개인 하드디스크 등에 산재해 있던 자료들을 수집 및 디지털화하여, 노션(Notion) 플랫폼을 기반으로 데이터베이스를 구축했다. 연도, 기수, 공연별 분류 체계를 설계하여 정보 접근성을 높였으며, 흩어져 있던 밴드의 역사를 한곳에 모아 지속 가능한 기록 저장소를 만드는 데 목적을 두었다.
This is an archiving project organizing decades of performance records for the university band club 'COSMOS'.
Scattered materials from video cameras and personal hard drives were collected and digitized to build a database on the Notion platform. A classification system based on year, generation, and performance was designed to improve accessibility, creating a sustainable repository that consolidates the band's history.
